Buying a laptop is a risky business. There are so many kinds of all shapes and sizes that it is easy to get cajoled into buying one that is totally useless to what you want to do. When buying a laptop, you need to consider what you want it for and how your going to use it. If it is simply a way to work whilst on a train or something, it does not need to be very powerful. However, if it is your main workstation, you may need something with a little more brute strength. If your laptop will be with you a lot of the time, you’ll need something a little more robust. One with a metal frame would be ideal. However, if it is going to sit on your desk all the time, just plastic will do. Generally, you will need one that suits you daily lifestyle. Not too big, not too small and not too expensive.
